Shipping information

All Hong Kong orders are shipped free of charge via Hong Kong Registered Post and will be delivered within 1-3 working days. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receiving payment.  A signature may be required on receipt.  The phone number you provide may be used for the carrier to contact you if no one is available to receive the goods upon delivery.  For international orders, tracking information via Hong Kong Speedpost will be sent once payment has been received and will be delivered within 7-14 working days depending on the destination. Delays may occur due to specific import/export customs, which MASE does not hold responsibility for. 

Customs information

Import duties and taxes may incur when the shipment reaches your country that may cause delays.  Any customs, duties or handling charges that may be levied in the country of destination are beyond our control and we are unable to accept any responsibility. Overseas customers are responsible for any custom clearance charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information. 

We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrect address given by the customer.  Please ensure the address provided is correct before confirming the order.



Return policy

For faulty and defective items, please return them back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.  Replacement product will be sent to you once the status of such claim has been confirmed by MASE and provided that the item is returned within a reasonable time and in good condition.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to our office.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


General care

For canvas totes and clutches, gently wipe with damp cloth if necessary.

For leather bags, please handle these with care and keep them away from direct sunlight over a long period of time which may cause the colours to fade.  Due to the nature of calf leather, it may soften and age over time.  We recommend that leather bags should be stored in the dust bags when not in use.

For fabric totes and cushion covers, either hand wash or machine cold wash inside out.  Please be aware that colours may fade if this procedure is carried out too frequently.  

Please keep all printed bags away from direct sunlight, as this may affect the colour quality over time.
